When selecting the best cream for you consider the protection you need and look for a cream which has a filling agent and can moisturize. This should help keep skin healthy and encourage the skin to regenerate.

Although mostly unproven some people swear by home remedies. Using egg whites on your face is said to be like having an instant face lift, helping lift the skin and minimize pores. Other treatments involve mixing turmeric and sugar to make a powerful facemask which is said to help tighten the skin. Similarly baking soda with water is supposed to give a similar result.

Overall home remedies are fairly hit and miss, if you find something that works then go for it but if not, I’d steer clear.

Studies have shown that regular massage helps stimulate the skin and keep it’s shape. This helps the skin’s resilience and keeps it healthy, in turn protecting against lines or wrinkles.

Though drastic, if you’re desperate you can consider the surgical face lift. These can be expensive and slightly risky, (we all know certain celebrities with botched facelifts) so be sure to talk to an expert before doing anything serious.

Each of these have shown results for certain people and could be effective for you too. It’s important to promote your skin’s health as early as possible and try to limit your exposure to harmful UV rays. This will make your skin more resilient and stop wrinkles before they start.
